1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website may store on a user’s device for technical functions, preferences or, with consent, statistical measurement.
2. Consent management and necessary cookies
Espressomania uses Cookiebot CMP by Usercentrics A/S to collect and remember cookie choices. Non-essential cookies remain disabled until the relevant consent is given. CookieConsent, category Necessary, stores the consent status for the current domain and under the current configuration expires after 1 month.
3. Statistics cookies — Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 (ID G-CNPFVTJHE8) is activated only after consent to Statistics. The main cookies are _ga, used to distinguish users, and _ga_CNPFVTJHE8, used to persist session state. Google states a default lifetime of up to 2 years, subject to service settings and browser limits. Google also states that IP addresses from EU users are discarded before being logged in Analytics systems.
4. Google Consent Mode
Espressomania uses Google Consent Mode in Basic mode through Google Tag Manager and Cookiebot. Before consent to Statistics the Google Analytics tag is blocked and no Analytics data is sent to Google; if consent is denied it remains blocked.
5. Preferences and marketing
No advertising or profiling tags are currently configured and we do not currently use marketing cookies. If features requiring these categories are introduced later, this policy and the consent system will be updated before activation.
6. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
