Privacy Notice

This notice explains how MoreToTrade Srl processes personal data collected through the Espressomania website and by email.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Data controller

MoreToTrade Srl, VAT no. IT02122220508, Via Sardegna 3, 56021 Cascina (PI), Italy. Contact: info@espressomania.com.

2. Data processed and purposes

The server records technical browsing data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, response code, referrer and user agent to deliver the site, ensure security and stability and diagnose errors on the basis of legitimate interests. If you email info@espressomania.com, we process your email address, message content and data you provide to answer requests and manage possible pre-contractual or contractual relationships. Cookiebot processes information needed to collect and remember cookie choices. Only after consent to Statistics may Google Analytics 4 process site usage data, pages viewed, events, device and browser information, approximate location data and online identifiers.

3. Service providers and recipients

Data may be processed by authorized personnel and providers acting on our behalf: Contabo GmbH for hosting, Qboxmail S.r.l. for email, Usercentrics A/S for Cookiebot CMP and Google Ireland Limited for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Data is not publicly disclosed and may be disclosed to authorities or advisers where required by law or necessary to protect rights.

4. Google Analytics 4 and consent

The site uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-CNPFVTJHE8 only after consent to Statistics. We use Basic Consent Mode: before consent the Google Analytics tag is blocked and no Analytics data is sent to Google; if consent is denied, Analytics remains blocked. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookiebot. Google states that IP addresses collected from EU users are discarded before being logged in Analytics systems.

5. International transfers

Some providers may involve processing or transfers outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, GDPR transfer mechanisms are used, including adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Google publishes current information on its transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

Server technical logs are ordinarily kept for no longer than about 15 days. Email requests and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months unless longer periods are required by law, disputes or protection of rights. Under the current configuration CookieConsent remembers the choice for 1 month. Google Analytics data is retained according to Analytics property settings and service rules; cookie duration may also be limited by the browser.

7. Optional data and rights

Technical data required for site operation and security is processed independently of consent to non-essential cookies. Sending email and consenting to statistics cookies are optional; refusing Analytics does not prevent use of the site. Where provided by the GDPR, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Automated decisions and changes

The site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects and does not use Google Analytics for individual profiling. This notice may be updated if the site, providers, analytics tools or applicable law change.
